What on-site facilities are there?

There is a coin operated laundry, front loading washers and driers, secured entry with video surveillance so you can see who is there before you let them in, soft-drink vending machine, secure bike storage, and friendly, responsive on-site management. Call Eugene at 519-659-3525.

What does each unit feature?

The units feature roomy kitchens equipped with three major appliances including fridge, stove and dishwasher. There is ceramic tile in entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The carpeted rooms have large closets and the ensuite storage rooms may be used as a walk-in closets and or for your own laundry machine and dryer—you may also use the building's on-site coin operated laundry facility. The units are newly renovated with crown molding throughout, wide baseboards, and large windows. Some units have brand new appliances, new modern lighting fixtures, new carpet, new ceiling fans in living rooms and fresh coat of paint.
